He was very thourough and organized in giving you any helpful information and very important, never pushy! The sale of my new Toyota tundra was very easy and stress free. They even took the time to deliver the vehicle to me which was an hour away. As far as financing Emily Putnam was also very helpful and got our loan through the banking institution we had asked for, that we deal with on a regular basis with a good interest rate. She was very knowledgable of every aspect of her job.
