I did not purchase a vehicle there. My girlfriend did and I was with her. They had the patience of a saint! My GF took 3 weeks to decide that she wanted the truck. There were 2 she was looking at. We did not have to go ip a 3rd time because they brought the vehicle too her! We came from the Bangor area to Houlton. Now THAT is customer service!

Sales consultant, Levi Simpson was excellent to deal with, very professional for a young man,. He was very thourough and organized in giving you any helpful information and very important, never pushy! The sale of my new Toyota tundra was very easy and stress free. They even took the time to deliver the vehicle to me which was an hour away. As far as financing Emily Putnam was also very helpful and got our loan through the banking institution we had asked for, that we deal with on a regular basis with a good interest rate. She was very knowledgable of every aspect of her job. This is the second new Toyota I've bought in the past two years from York. Mark Pritchard is the salesman for both and I could not be more pleased with his assistance. Emily in finance was also courteous and professional. In addition I need to commend the service staff for the maintenance on my 2023 Tacoma and I look forward to a similar experience with the 2025 Signia.
